What are we doing?
- Damper of the outer body panel in the doors with alubutyl
- Damping of the entire body plate with neoprene
- Dampening the "intermediate door" with alubutyl
- Dampen the door covering with butyl and GLADEN Poly in exposed areas
- The outside of the wheel arches with CTK damping compound, neoprene (on the inside of the inner fender itself)
- Undamped panels in the trunk are damped with GLADEN Multi, GLADEN Foam over DU, GLADEN Flex in "trunk well" under existing damping, and foam and/or poly around the wheel arches inside.
- Torpedo wall damped with GLADEN Multi and Neoprene/Foam + door sill damped with GLADEN Poly on older cars
- The tailgate is dampened with GLADEN Alubutyl and Wave, and the cover on the tailgate with GLADEN Multi and Poly
NB! The points above are an approximate description. Tesla itself makes constant changes to the noise insulation in the cars, and the work will always be adapted specifically to your car so that the result is the best possible.
How long does it take? We calculate working hours as follows:
- Per door - approx. 1.5 h
- Rear wheel arches outside - approx. 3 h
- Front wheel arches - approx. 3 h
- Trunk - approx. 2 h
- Tailgate - approx. 2h

- In addition, for the discerning, we can supply "extreme" damping of the doors, trunk or the entire car. The price for this will vary
- On older cars that lack a damping mat under the rear seat, the original damping mat can be retrofitted. As of 14/7-16, this entails an additional cost of NOK. 750,-
