Koch Chemie Nano-Glassforsegling is a glass seal that can be used on everything from the car, the boat, the caravan. You can use this on all glass, mirrors and ceramic surfaces. This is also a glass seal that is extremely resistant to UV radiation, chemical resistance and wear from wipers.

Holds 10-15 square meters of glass.

2-step. step one is sanding/cleaning, then step 2 which is sealing.

Schleifmilch is for grinding, versiegelung is the sealing.

How to use:

• Make sure to clean the route well before use, possibly remove old sealing.
• Use, for example Glass Cleaner before starting.
• Then you start with step 1, Schleifmilch. This can also be done with a polishing machine for convenience. Work in "small" areas, then wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth or lint-free paper.
• Also use isopropanol/wipedown to remove all excess grease.
• Make sure the route is completely dry before you start with step 2, Versiegelung. Work in the same way as with step 1. Can also be applied with a polishing machine with a polish/sealing pad.
• Feel free to work in cross movements or "hashtag" patterns.
• Be careful to cover the entire glass surface.
• Allow to harden for approx. 8-10 minutes at 20°C, the surface should become slightly whiter before drying.
• Temperature will affect the curing process. Should not be applied below 15°C.

NB: The glass surface should preferably not be exposed to moisture/water before 24 hours, let it harden for as long as possible.

Should provide a durability of approx. 20,000 driven kilometres, but weather, wind, windscreen wiper use etc will affect this. If you drive in areas where you are not allowed to drive more than about 60 km/h, the need for glass sealing will probably be less.
