A xenon ballast is a wearing part that must be replaced over time, just as the xenon bulbs must be replaced over time. Typical problems with a defective ballast are ignition problems, flashing or similar symptoms. If you have other problems than these, it may be the bulb that is defective and needs to be replaced. Also used as an upgrade to the Tesla Model S, then you also have to change bulbs to D3S, and D3S cable.

The ballast is 35w 12v, as original. 1 year warranty.
